We have an exciting opportunity within our Nantwich agency for a self-motivated Customer Consultant who is a team player and will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. If you like people and enjoy delivering a high-quality customer experience, you’ll enjoy working within our agency as a customer consultant.

This role is a full time position, with the working hours being Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays as required between 9am - 12pm which is paid as Time off in Leiu.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Consultant you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, whether you’re welcoming our customers or providing information on our products and services, you’ll always deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way making sure that what we do is always in our customer’s best interests.

Who will you work for?

As the building society agency is ran as part of a Financial Services business there are opportunities for dual roles and development into the financial services side of the business. This may be through paraplanning, advice in the form of mortgages or full financial planning or in management roles.

You will be employed by KBA FS Ltd who have offices in Leigh, Lancashire, Nantwich, Cheshire and London Bishopsgate. KBA FS Ltd are one of the top, award winning financial advisers in the country and the staff have a passion for financial planning and excellent customer service, helping all clients and customers on the road to financial independence and beyond.

Skills Required

- A proven track record in delivering a fantastic Customer experience.
- Previous experience of working in customer-facing sales environment.
- Experience of building strong relationships with your customers.
- Financial Services Industry knowledge (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided).
- Good administration & PC skills.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to travel to other branches, as and when required.
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.

The starting salary for the role is between £17,300 and £17,800 pa. You will be entitled to a company pension scheme and also death in service benefits.
