How to Submit an Article - Chamber Magazine TOP TIPS

After a turbulent few months, the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce is collating articles/ advertisments for their Business Magainze.

If you would like to submit an article for consideration, please read through the tips below:

1. Have an interesting angle: For a greater chance of your article being published in South Cheshire Chamber Business Magazine, make sure your article has particular relevance to the local business community. Be that either information, best practice, or good news.

Remember, as a benefit of Membership, Chamber Members can post news articles on the Chamber Portal - - which are included in to our weekly eNewsletters.

2. Keep it brief: For a half page article, we would recommend between 250 and 300 words depending on the quality and size of any images you supply.

3. Include pictures: For a half page article, at 250-300 words, we could include a couple of reproduction quality pictures. Whether that is an infographic to accompany the article, or some photos. Please make sure all photos are high resolution and make them visually interesting. Remember also to include captions.

4. Call to action: If there is something you wish the reader to do - whether it be contact your team, visit your website, or download a document - make sure you include the correct details within your article.

5. It's not just articles: There are many ways to be featured in the Chamber magazine; you can submit some top tips to be included in our 'Expert Eye' column, you can submit a testimonial of the Chamber, or you can advertise in our magazine (rate card attached).

We have a thriving business community here in South Cheshire, and the Chamber magazine reflects its diversity.

If you would like to advertise in our magazine or submit an article for consideration, please contact . Advertising in the magazine now also includes you advert featuring in one of our eNewsletters.

Please note: The Chamber, or any of its agents/representatives/staff cannot accept any legal liability for the accuracy of the news items, articles and images contained in the magazine, in print or online, which have been obtained and reproduced in good faith.
