You will be the first point of contact as the front of house and smart appearance is essential, your tasks will be varied and will include:

· Telephone answering and greeting visitors
· Assisting with Marketing
· Liaising with contractors
· Administration adhoc duties
· Photocopying
· Filing
· Data input & typing
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
· Making sure stationary suppliers are in stock
· Assisting the office manager with her duties

Experience of Word and Excel preferably.
This post is suitable for either a full time trainee or a part time experienced person.
