Construction Linx Celebrates 10 Years In Business

Construction and property maintenance firm Construction Linx is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with the recruitment of more staff and a record year of sales.

A new Sales and Marketing Account Manager is among the new recruits for the firm and the company plans to employ more people from the local area later in the year.

“We’re thrilled to be celebrating our tenth birthday this year and so proud of all we have achieved over the last decade,” says Gareth Williams, Managing Director of Construction Linx.

“When we look back to our early days, when we operated as a Sole Trader start-up, it’s incredible how far we’ve come. Being able to employ individuals from Crewe and the surrounding areas is great too as it enables us to really support the local communities, which has always been at the heart of all we do.”

Providing a wide range of construction services to individuals and businesses across the North West and West Midlands, Construction Linx has grown from small beginnings in 2005 to today employing more than 15 people.

Gareth Williams adds: “Many of our existing clients have been with us since the start. It’s a sign of how loyal our clients are, that they choose to use our services again and again – and for such a wide range of projects.

“The same is true for our staff, many of whom have been with the company since very early on and have grown with us in experience and knowledge over the years. As a result of such a low staff turnover, we’ve been able to rapidly expand what we offer clients, in terms of routine maintenance as well as emergency support.

“Our current services span electrical, plumbing, glazing, plastering, environmental, industrial, roofing, cleaning and security, and we work with individuals and companies across the industrial, commercial, education and residential sectors.”

Construction Linx intends to take on more staff in 2015, in addition to the recent new members.

“We want to make 2015 our best year yet, which is saying something,” comments Gareth Williams.

“So far, so great, with a fantastic new Sales and Marketing Account Manager among our latest recruits together with a lot of new contracts – a perfect way to begin 2015.

“In addition to growing the business, we will continue to support the local community as much as we can, including supporting charitable organisations. As well as the regular work we provide for these organisations, I ran the London Marathon in April to raise money for Climb (Children Living with Inherited Metabolic Diseases).

“We believe strongly in giving something back and will work hard to do what we do best – providing the highest quality of construction and property maintenance in the most straightforward manner.”
