Easter Bunny Hops into Crewe

Spring has sprung and teams from family-owned Swansway Motor Group have been out and about in Crewe, ably assisted by the giant Swansway Easter Bunny!

The Bunny’s first stop was Springfield School, where he popped into the Easter assembly to give all the children an Easter egg and a bunny hug. He then hopped off to the Social Supermarket in Crewe, where he met some of the children who were shopping with their Mum’s.

Delighted Jackie Barker, Trustee of CHANCE Changing Lives, which operates the Social Supermarket, commented, “What a brilliant idea and lots of fun for the kids who got to meet the Easter bunny! Thanks to Swansway for donating enough eggs for every child and every homeless person we support, to have one; it’s truly brightened everyone’s Easter”.

Swansway gives out 1,000s of Easter eggs each year, to young and old alike and this year the Bunny has also hopped along to Betamindes dementia day-care centre, Belong Village, Wishing Well, the Monday Afternoon Tea Club in Willaston and many more places.

Swansway Group Director, David Smyth, commented, “We ask for nominations for the Swansway Easter Eggs-travaganza and it’s great for our teams to get out and about, to see people’s faces, young and old, light up”.

“And when the Easter bunny is able to hop along too it’s even more fun”!
