Personal Assistant / Administrator Role

An opportunity has arisen in the Nantwich office for a full-time (36 hours a week) Personal Assistant / Administrator. This is a varied role with the following key responsibilities: 

  • Supporting two partners and their teams
  • Organising meetings
  • Typing letters, bills, e-mails, reports and other documentation as required
  • Dealing with  incoming and outgoing post
  • Answering client queries
  • Filing Tax Returns
  • Scanning post 
  • Assisting with reception duties

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working as a PA / Administrator and will have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint and excellent keyboard, telephone, organisational and communication skills.
