HS2 Supplier Readiness Event

• Are you fully aware of the range of supplier opportunities that HS2 will bring?
• Are you new to tendering for supply chain contracts?
• Would you like some guidance to improve your readiness to supply?
This event will raise awareness of the supplier opportunites that HS2 will bring (not just civils and rails) and dispel some of the myths to ensure that local businesses, including SME’s, can align and prepare themselves to be part of the supply chain.
In addition, the event will provide an insight into the practical steps a business can take to be ready to tender competitively. A local HS2 Business Engagement Officer will also be in attendance to offer specific advice and individual support.

Guest speakers

Robin Lapish, Supply Chain Manager, HS2 Ltd.

Robin is responsible for delivering market and supply chain stakeholder engagement across the HS2 project, with a specific focus on leading supply chain management for the HS2 Rolling Stock Programme. Previously, Robin worked in various supply chain, procurement and commercial roles at Transport for London and Crossrail.  He is also National Co-Chair of G4C (Generation for Change), the young professional network of Constructing Excellence which champions the change agenda in construction.
