I am currently working for ao.com at our Logistics Head Office in Crewe, as a Future Talent Advisor. My purpose is to network and reach out to local communities via educational, charity and community initiatives in order to find future AO'ers and ensure that people understand how wonderful it is to be part of AO's future.

My career at AO began with recruiting for all vacancies based in our National distribution Centre in Crewe. This included the full spectrum of roles starting from Warehouse operatives right through to Management. I also assisted with recruitment projects such as the expansion of our outbase network around the UK, and was given an "Future Talent" project in early 2016, which I now coordinate as a permanent part of my role.
