The first aid courses are run in a friendly relaxed way the emphasis is to learn whilst enjoying the course. While there is an element of theory to First Aid we strive to make sure everyone has as much practical experience during the course as possible.

Our overall aim is for everyone completing the course to feel more confident in their ability to deal with a first aid incident should they find themselves in a position where they are required to assist someone who needs it both in and out of their workplace.

This course is run over three consecutive Tuesdays.
