Funded Strategy Workshop Development Day

MMU’s Prism offers a facilitated, one day, workshop process for strategy development. If you are currently developing or evaluating your organisation or department's strategy, this one-day workshop can help to highlight and focus on the issues goals and actions that matter.

The facilitated workshops are currently being utilised by Trevor Brown in the development of his PhD, evaluating strategy within different contexts.


 Currently Trevor has four fully funded (i.e. no charge) 1  day sessions available for organisations within the following areas:

  •     Bioprocess
  •     Oil & Gas
  •     Mining and Industrial & Manufacturing
  •     Environment and infrastructure
  •     Transmission & Distribution
  •     Water
