Construction Linx Recruitment Growth Will Drive Company Growth

 


Crewe-based construction and property maintenance firm Construction Linx has expanded his team with the appointment of two new members of staff in the marketing department 


“We’re delighted to have just recruited James Rose as our new Account Manager and Eoin Walsh as our new Marketing Assistant,” says Gareth Williams, Managing Director of Construction Linx.


“This latest recruitment signifies the fact we’re growing as a business, which is especially rewarding because 2015 is the company’s tenth birthday.


“Only a few months ago we took on new recruits and now we’re also able to welcome James and Eoin on board.”


Bournemouth University graduate James Rose has recently started with the firm. His role as Account Manager covers a range of responsibilities, including taking care of new and existing customers.


He says: “I’m really enjoying being an Account Manager for Construction Linx. The challenges are great and the skills I learnt from my previous sales roles are really helping me to win and close sales as well as handle the after sales and spot new opportunities.”


New Marketing Assistant, Eoin Walsh, says: “I’ve been passionate about marketing for a long time and this role is perfect as it lets me combine my knowledge with my interpersonal skills.


“In addition to day-to-day and project-based tasks, I’m in charge of managing the firm’s social media channels, and work closely with the PR department as well as with Account Manager, James Rose.”


The company works closely with organisations and individuals across Cheshire and the North West, providing emergency, ad-hoc and planned property maintenance and construction services.


“Having James and Eoin join our team means we can offer even more to clients now. In their new roles as Account Manager and Marketing Assistant, they will work closely together to co-ordinate projects and provide a seamless service to clients,” adds Gareth Williams.


“Since starting the company ten years ago, I have worked hard to put each and every client first – which is something all staff do too. We’ve created an environment where employees feel valued and it’s a positive place to work, as we believe that happy staff means happy customers.
