Geoff Pike · First Aid & Tai Chi Instructor @ JGP First Aid & Tai Chi
Introduction
Formed in 2015 having been in the Armed Forces, Police Force and a School Teacher I left the teaching profession in 2015 to pursue a business teaching two areas I am passionate about. With First Aid I have a lot of hands on experience dealing with traffic accidents, sports injuries and injuries in the outdoor activities environment.

First Aid

The first aid courses are run in a friendly relaxed way the emphasis is to learn whilst enjoying the course. While there is an element of theory to First Aid I strive to make sure everyone has a much hands on practical experience during the course as possible.

My overall aim is for everyone completing the course to feel more confident in their ability to deal with a first aid incident should they find themselves in a position where they are required to assist someone who needs it.

Tai Chi

I have been practising Tai Chi for the past 18 years and teaching Tai Chi for the past 5 years.

Tai Chi is a wonderful low impact activity which as proven health benefits.

My aim with everyone I teach is for them to improve their health and well being whilst taking part in Tai Chi at their own pace.
