Keith Cutler · Solicitor Advocate and a Director of the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce @ Hibberts LLP
Originally from Crewe, Keith started his legal career in London’s West End during the 1990s, representing stars such as Level 42 and Tears for Fears.

After a brief sojourn as an ‘inventor’ and studying part time for Masters degree, Keith became a respected specialist lawyer in the City, handling heavy weight banking litigation. Always on the search for a new adventure, he went on to find a niche challenging and defending companies over pension provisions, most notably in the Court of Appeal on the rights of Trustees to have a point of view.

Returning to his home towns of Crewe and Nantwich at the turn of the millennium, Keith forged an enviable reputation for himself handling acquisitions and general business sales, property transactions of all types and IP issues at a Legal 500 Law firm.

Keith joined Hibberts in 2008 and has an ever increasing loyal client base for whom he will buy and sell ‘anything’, from a small website to a multi-million pound national operation. He enjoys negotiating share and assets sales agreements, drafting commercial agreements and is a trusted advisor on all issues to a number of high worth commercial clients.

When he is not writing fiction, indulging in freelance journalism, spending time with his family or relaxing in front of a classic TV detective series, Keith volunteers as Vice Chairman of the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce, sitting on all of its director boards and committees, assisting in the management of its industrial estate, loan book and corporate governance.

Occasionally, he also sleeps.
