"We don't have a choice on whether we DO social media,
the question is how well
we DO it."
- Erik Qualman
Social Media for Business Workshop - 21st July
Organised by Participate ( Chamber Member)
Why attend?
You may have already ventured into the world of social media and set-up your facebook fanpage or twitter account. But are you using them effectively and are you taking a synchronised approach? If you haven't made the leap of building your social media presence yet, other people will have done it for you. They'll already be talking about what's good about your product or service and what's bad!
In all cases, we can help.
What's the workshop about?
Despite the fact that social media is revolutionising the way businesses can harness support from their customers and generate new customers, too few have a strategy for making it work for them. Getting it right also takes a lot of time and energy, and for many people social media remains a foreign and perculiar concept.
Our workshop will help you understand how you can develop your strategy, to engage with your customers, increase sales and reward customer loyalty.
- Get practical tips
- Synchronise your approach
- Understand facebook, twitter, wordpress and foursquare
- Harness customer insight
- Create brand evangelists
- Make best use of your time and resource.
When and where?
It’s from 2pm to 4.30pm, on the 21 July 2010 at Virgin Trains Talent Academy, Crewe. There are 20 places available at just £25 per ticket.
